You participate in projects You create IT documentation and perform user training You support users in questions about IT This will prove your expertise: IT affinity and enthusiasm to move in a constantly changing environment You have successfully completed a training as a specialist system integration or a comparable one You have already gained first experience in IT service/client administration Experience in the IT sector of a bank or savings bank is advantageous good communication skills and service orientation Flexibility and agility Ready to develop through internal/external training safe occurrence, teamability and high operational readiness as well as structured, independent and responsible procedures very good knowledge of German in word and writing For reasons of better legibility, the simultaneous use of male and female language forms is dispensed with.
