Your future team In order to always offer our hospital customers innovative solutions, we are looking for a team management product management administrative processes. You control and develop a team of 11 professionally very experienced colleagues and work closely with our Solution Owners, team management software development and product management as well as department management. You make sure that the product strategy is consistently implemented in the areas of patient management, medical and performance controlling as well as billing. In doing so, you support cooperation, develop the employees and create structures that enable efficient and innovative product development. Your goal is to form a powerful team that actively shapes the digital transformation in hospitals. You take the technical and disciplinary responsibility for an existing team of 11 product managers, product owners and business analysts You are responsible for a short- and medium-term roadmap that is in line with the company's long-term product strategy, and you agree with the management and all stakeholders involved. Together with your team management colleagues, you define the organisational framework and the methodology for product management in the sense of an agile approach and continuously optimize the processes You work on the further development and definition of roles in product management and create an environment in which your employees can develop their strengths accordingly You represent Meierhofer AG at trade fairs, customer events and workshops You are driving internally for an efficient knowledge transfer in relation to newly developed products You are a contact person for our sales, e.g. as part of tenders

You have completed a technical university degree, e.g. in the field of computer science, medical informatics or business informatics, or you have a comparable qualification with You have leadership experience combined with operational professional experience in the agile product management environment You have a good understanding of the professional processes in the field of patient management, medical and performance controlling as well as billing Market know-how and professional knowledge about digital products in the Health IT area are welcome Ideally, you already use Azure DevOps as a platform for collaborative software projects You are a team player that convinces with conceptual strength, commitment and value-adding communication Your knowledge of German is excellent in word and writing
