Molecular-pathological analysis (Whole Exome and Whole Genome sequencing, preanalytics & quality assurance in the context of NGS analysis) Operation/ Loading of Sequencing Devices (Illumina Platform) Communication with the scientists and pathologists of the team General laboratory activities Documentation of processes and results Support for accreditation and certification

completed training as a medical technologist or biotechnologist or related training or training MTLA, BTLA, Knowledge of molecular nucleic acid analysis/molecular pathology (ideal knowledge of NGS technologies) Flexibility and teamability
