Processing of payment orders: You are responsible for national and international transfers, direct debits and cheques.

Customer advice: You are the first contact person for private and corporate customers with questions about accounts, cashless payment and card services.

Customer data management: You perform account openings and closures and maintain customer information as well as online banking settings.

Process optimization: You are actively working on improving digital payment processes and internal processes.

Compliance with requirements: You ensure that all regulatory requirements, in particular in the area of money laundering prevention and data protection, are complied with.

You have completed training as a bank merchant or a comparable qualification in the financial sector.

Professional experience in payment or similar banking is a plus.

You are versed in handling common banking systems and MS Office applications.

You are characterized by high service orientation, care and communication strength.

You speak and write German very well; English skills are of advantage.
