Your tasks and responsibilities:

• They consistently develop and implement the purchasing and supplier strategy for IT services (e.g. software development, IT implementation) in close coordination with internal partners and stakeholders – always aligned with the requirements of our business units.
• They continuously analyze the procurement market, actively shape the selection of our preferential suppliers and deepen sustainable partnerships within the meaning of our corporate strategy.
• They coordinate alerts, collect offers and evaluate them together with cross-functional teams.
• They prepare price and contract negotiations independently and conduct them convincingly.
• You take over the end-to-end responsibility for supplier management in your area.
• They continuously identify and implement cost reduction measures and optimize purchasing processes together with internal and external partners.
• In addition to your day-to-day business, you will be happy to carry program responsibility for strategic shopping topics.

Your qualifications and experience:

• They have a completed technical or commercial master's degree course as well as several years of professional experience in strategic purchasing.
• You have profound knowledge in the procurement of IT services and a good understanding of IT topics. They are motivated to continuously develop in this area.
• You use AI tools and Large Language Models to increase your own productivity and bring professional experience. You will also be able to inspire stakeholders for the sensible use of AI in everyday work.
• They have profound knowledge of contract law - ideally with focus on IT services.
• They are familiar with agile methodological knowledge in project management and use it to generate productivity and cost savings potential.
• They control the safe handling of SAP and Microsoft Office and are open to the use of diverse IT tools.

Your profile and skills:

• They bring openness to intercultural cooperation and have knowledge of German and English that is safe to negotiate.
• With enforcing strength, persuasiveness and a high degree of social skill, you are consistently pursuing the achievement of shopping goals and KPIs.
• Their focus is on the continuous increase in productivity – both in new business and in existing volumes – based on a sound understanding of the relevant levers in the IT services sector.
• They convince by excellent communication and moderation capabilities at all levels of management and have experience in constructive cooperation with internal interfaces.
• With a strong initiative and anticipation of innovation, you are introducing new ideas and questioning established structures to actively shape further development.
• You are also open and motivated to absorb external impulses and integrate them effectively into daily work.
