To ensure that everything goes smoothly, we will assist our customers in our in-house service center with all questions and problems, during or after the trip, by email and phone. Customer satisfaction is always our first priority!

For the further development of our team at the Münster site, located directly at the city port, we are looking for you at the next possible time to guide one of our customer advisor teams professionally and disciplinefully.

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of employees in their own customer advisor team (up to 10 employees) Development of measures for the motivation of your own team (e.g. team event, team dinner) Leading employee talks and cooperation in training and coaching measures Support for shift management in day-to-day operations Processing of escalation cases and customer complaints

Active cooperation in day-to-day business in the high season Multiannual professional experience in (telephone) customer service in the B2C environment You bring first experiences in the professional and disciplinary leadership Self-safe appearance as a cooperative leader with decision and conflict resolution strength Service-oriented and empathic personality German language skills in word and writing willingness to act in the team and to take decisions together Willingness to work on weekends and holidays as well as flexibility to cover working hours between 8 am and 22 pm during the incorporation and high season
