Experiences: Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience as a staff component, sales agent, personnel consultant, onsite manager or comparable experience in sales, especially in customer acquisitions with German knowledge on C1 level: You communicate safely and accurately in word and writing and can easily adjust to any conversation situation Driving licence Class B: You are mobile and flexible to use – also for cross-site applications or customer appointments on site Quality awareness: You appreciate good work and are always willing to give your best Organizational talent: You convince with your structured work Communication capability: You like to be in touch with customers, colleagues and employees Empathy: You always have an open ear for your employees and understand to motivate them
