Financial Controller (m/f/d)

As a financial controller, you actively take on the role of Business Partner for Finance, Operations and Supply Chain and support the Accounting and Controlling department management in operational business as well as projects and special tasks:

Proactively you coordinate budget processes as well as regular forecasts and accompany them with your expertise. Based on consistent and transparent data, you create business cases and ad hoc analyses that serve as the basis for strategic and operational decisions. You carry out pre- and post-calculations to plan budgets forward-looking, use resources efficiently and identify deviations early on. You will first analyse monthly and quarterly figures, interpret deviations and take concrete measures. You support monthly and annual accounts and work with external partners. Continuously, you develop the processes relevant in controlling as well as our reporting tool – thereby ensuring data relevance within our planning tools.

Your starting point is a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Accounting or a similar subject with the focus of controlling or financial and accounting. You have been able to gain several years of professional experience in controlling and successfully demonstrate your strong analytical strength as well as your abstraction ability. In addition, you have a good understanding of business relationships in a technical environment. Tools like Business Central or similar ERP systems are safe to use. You are communicative and have good English skills in word and writing. A systematic way of working and a high degree of sense of responsibility and self-initiative complete your profile.
