We are looking for you as Junior Global HR System Key User (SAP) (m/w/d) at our Wolfsburg location.

Description of posts

• Active support for implementation and global rollout of HR HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors)
• Close cooperation with international HR and IT teams
• Administration of system configurations, roles and permissions
• Maintenance of organizational structures and employee master data and ensuring a stable system landscape and high data quality
• Monitoring of technical standards, interfaces and integrations
• Implementation of user commissioning and authorization processes
• Technical documentation and training documents
• Support release change, updates and system tests
• Optimization of HR processes and systems

Qualifications

• Complete training or studies in the field of personnel, business management, computer science or similar directions
• First practical experience in the HR, IT or HRIS environment of advantage
• Interest in HR digitization and system solutions
• First experience with global HRIS implementation projects
• Interest in digital HR processes, data structures and data flows
• Ability to collect, maintain and check data structured
• Interest in interfaces and cross-system relationships
• Ready to work in global HRIS solutions
• Very good German and English skills
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
