You connect the strategic cadence (themes and decisions of the Board of Directors and Management) with the operating cadence (roadmap reviews and releases) and ensure that clear priorities and measurable progress are created. You are the CPO's content savings partner: You are questioning assumptions, bringing your own professional positions and is pushing strategic issues instead of organizing them. You form the board and management appointments in terms of content – from the themes to the development of the argumentation to the proposal for a decision – and represent these contents, where necessary, even to the bodies. You are responsible for the release management of the product and technology organization: You not only create transparency about release cycles and dependencies, but also lead the specialist areas of prioritization decisions when target conflicts occur. You keep the overall overview of the roadmaps of all product teams, make cross-cutting dependencies and trade-offs visible and support the teams to create strategic consistency. You act as a central interface between the product and technology organization as well as management/grem – not as a pure translation entity, but with your own point of view on the topics discussed. You translate complex technical and organizational relationships into clear, thought-out basis of decision and presentations – for bodies as well as for the product team.
You bring multi-year experience in a strategic or operational role with end-to-end management – for example in strategy consulting, as Chief of Staff or comparable. You penetrate complex strategic questions independently and develop reasoned positions – not only structures. You have practical experience with release cadences and processes – e.g. sprint/PI planning or dependency management – and meet content priorization decisions, not just process coordination. You have prepared and represented themes at the level of committees or management, and you have your own assessments. You have solid technical understanding and can quickly work into complex product and technology relationships – deep enough to discuss, not only moderate. You communicate clearly and convincingly – in writing as oral – and prepare complex content to address, whether for C levels, bodies or internal stakeholders You have real interest in shaping the digital future of education, and you like to work across areas.
Design the future of education in a meaningful environment Experience optimal work-life balance with 30 days vacation and flexible working hours Work flexibly mobile up to 3 days a week and enjoy up to 20 days workation in Europe (EEA) per year Strength your health and well-being with the offers of evermood and Wellhub Benefit from attractive benefits such as Kita and Hort grants, discounts on books, company pensions and asset-effective services Set sustainable mobility with service bike leasing and reduced Germany ticket – good for you and our environment Enjoy organic regional food in our in-house canteen at lunch with your colleagues Develop your potential through personal and professional development opportunities (further education, specialist conferences, e-learnings & networking) Experience strong team spirit at sports events, events and employees' festivals
