Caretaker (m/f/d)

We are looking for reinforcement in order to support our various operating sites.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and maintenance of the premises, office, warehouse and workshop rooms
• Implementation of small repair, maintenance and repair work
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities including green area care and winter service
• Support in the care and organization of fleets, warehouses and workshops
• Service stations, material transport and support of the team in the daily business
• Reporting and documentation of defects and damage

Your profile:

• craftsmanship and technical understanding; a completed craftsmanship is advantageous, but no condition
• independent, reliable and careful operation
• Class B driving licence (class BE/C1 of advantage)
• physical resilience and pleasure in alternating work
