Link between existing and new customers, field service and administration independent support, communication as well as commercial (and technical) advice of customers Answering questions about products and services Processing of performance directories, creating customer-specific offers also in terms of costing and planning as well as their tracking using a pricing tool and the CRM system Maintenance of the customer database and collection of customer-relevant information

Completed commercial or technical training First experience with contracting authorities (B2G) Good technical understanding Routinized handling of computer systems Engaged and communicative personality Flexibility, ready-to-use, resilience and team skills are required
