(Junior) Expert Sustainability Projects (m/w/d)

In the real estate sector, we develop projects to increase energy efficiency and improve our CO2 footprint and put it in our approx. 650 construction markets in Europe. In this context, we focus on our customers: they always create added value in the customer experience (e.g. through modern LED lighting systems, regenerative heating systems, etc.). Projects such as the introduction and maintenance of DIN ISO 50001 are also on our agenda.

We are looking for you as a support to make a sustainable difference together.

Project Conception: Development, detailed planning and tendering of sustainability projects (e.g. LED lighting projects, installation of heat pumps etc.) Project work: Implementation and management of projects including Control of external planning partners and service providers Quality assurance: ensuring project quality and compliance with budgets and deadlines Funding Processing: Processing of funding applications for the successful financial support of our projects Data management: Analysis and preparation of technical inventory documents for the continuous expansion of our data landscape Standardization: Working with the development and development of internal standards for energy efficiency, lighting etc.

Professional experience: First relevant professional experience or internships in the field of sustainability, energy efficiency or project management are advantageous IT knowledge: Good user knowledge in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace. Knowledge of MS project is desirable Standards & Guidelines: Basic knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines (DIN, VDI etc.) and legal basis (GEG, VOB/B) are advantageous Technical interest: Technical interest or first knowledge in areas such as LED lighting, heat pumps, energy and supply technology Analytical skills: Analytical skills and interest in strategic thinking as well as a strong sense of sustainability and resource efficiency Communication & Teamability: Good communication and team skills as well as target and result orientation Initiative & Organisation: High level of initiative and proactivity as well as organisational skills
