What you do with us

• Support and implementation of ventilation technology projects
• Active cooperation in the project team »Building Technology« with extensive interface functions in the technical building equipment
• Energetic and hygienic evaluation and optimization of air-conditioning systems
• Evaluation of technical planning services of ventilation technology
• Coordination of maintenance and repair work on technical installations
• Planning and drawing up of performance lists and tenders, as well as commissioning and monitoring of the operating companies and foreign companies

What you bring

• Complete studies in utility technology or comparable engineering studies or masterin / technicianin technical building equipment, heating, air conditioning, sanitary and ventilation technology or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in ventilation technology
• Of advantage: knowledge in HOAI and VOB
• Very good German, high customer and service orientation as well as good communication and team skills
• Routine handling of MS Office
• After thorough examination: participation in the readiness to call (every 6-7 weeks, paid separately)
• Ideal driving class B
