In order to strengthen our motivated team at Global Broker Services GmbH in Duisburg, we are looking for you as a customer service provider (m/w/d) for insurance in full or part time.

You are responsible for the full consultation and support of our existing customers in all subject- and contract-specific topics focusing on home-owner business, small business (composite) and private customers. You analyze inventory contracts of our clients with regard to risk profiles as well as needs and thus identify potentials and coverage gaps The implementation of tenders, the evaluation of the results, the independent creation of offers and the development of decision-making recommendations is your responsibility For long-term customer retention, prepare annual calls You accompany the damage process in coordination with the damage management You will take care of the full contract processing/management You take over the correspondence with clients to all contract matters arising

Graduated vocational training as a merchant (w/m/d) for insurance and finance or a comparable qualification (e.g. insurance specialist/wife) First professional experience in the agency, exclusive or broker environment A conscientious and careful procedure distinguishes you In dealing with clients and product suppliers, you will be confident and strong in communication Teamability, high motivation and readiness to learn complete your profile
