You plan, control and monitor the care process professionally and ensure a comprehensible care documentation. You conduct interviews and create the resulting care documentation. You accompany our residents in the reconciliation phase and support a good start in our facility. You carry out integration and care visas and derive necessary measures from them. You advise our residents and their relatives on care-relevant questions. You work closely with the care and care teams and are available as professional contact persons for care processes and documentation. You actively support nursing degree management. You contribute to the implementation and further development of our quality management system. You prepare internal and external quality checks, accompany them and assist in the preparation. You help to continuously develop our care documentation and ensure a high quality of care.
