Further development of the management system Continuous optimization of IMS with focus on environmental and energy management (ISO 14001 and ISO 50001) Implementation of Gap analyses to identify deviations and potential for improvement derivation, implementation and follow-up of appropriate measures Introduction of holistic processes for the sustainable closure of potential deviations Coordination and Compliance Communication and coordination with authorities, certification bodies and other internal and external stakeholders Monitoring relevant legal and regulatory requirements not covered by the local QMS Ensuring compliance with requirements and reporting obligations (e.g. WEEE, ZSVR, Dual System) Creation, introduction and maintenance of SOPs, work instructions (WIN), process documentation, training documents and process standards Environmental Initiatives & Reporting Management and coordination of environmental initiatives across the entire business area (international sites) Reduction of emissions in Scope 1 & 2 by initiation, monitoring and monitoring of appropriate measures Consolidating relevant initiatives and key figures and ensuring structured reporting Creation of quarterly management reports on ongoing initiatives and KPI developments Project and Process Management Conducting cross-disciplinary projects and optimizing processes at interfaces in the field of operations Cooperation and support in Group-wide initiatives Optimization of interfaces within the Group (e.g. Global Logistics), risk mitigation measures, support in the implementation ISMS / NIS2

Your profile Complete study of the business economy, economic engineering or a comparable subject as well as relevant professional experience Knowledge of the application of ISO standards 14001 (environmental management) and 50001 (energy management) Experience in Business Process Mapping and in the mapping of processes in systems (e.g. SAP) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of Lean Methods (e.g. 6S, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping) and Moderation Competence Experience in project management, particularly in the context of change and transformation processes, desirable Embossed hand-on mentality, target orientation and a high degree of self-responsibility Strong communication skills, team spirit and safe appearance and presentation strength Ability to cooperate with internal and external stakeholders at different hierarchical levels Analytical, structured and solution-oriented thinking
