To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a Digital Experience Manager International (m/w/d) at our headquarters in Bremen as soon as possible:

Technical support, care and further development of the website and digital platforms in over 20 markets Support and implementation of UX, SEO and GEO optimization measures to improve structures, trackability and technical performance Use and integration of AI tools for automation, personalization and content optimization Development and optimization of high-performance landing pages with focus on conversion and user management Implementation, development and analysis of tracking/analysis setups (e.g. GA4, Tag Manager, Server-Side Tracking) including KPI derivation and optimization measures Setup, automation and evaluation of newsletter and CRM campaigns as well as close cooperation with content marketing, IT and external partners

Successfully completed studies or commercial training Professional experience in the field of digital experience, SEO, web development or in a comparable digital environment Practice in the support and development of websites as well as in the handling of modern CMS and headless systems Good understanding of modern web architectures and scalable website structures (e.g. API-first, modular, internationally rollable) Knowledge of technical SEO/GEO (including structure, charging times, indexing, schema markup) and the establishment of international GEO/Local-SEO structures Very good knowledge in web tracking and analytics (GA4, Tag Manager, Events, Conversion Tracking) as well as in KPI-based performance evaluation Technical understanding in HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript as well as the ability to derive data-driven optimization decisions
