Our team of 790 employees is responsible for around 3,100 patients each year, both adults and young people from 12 years. The clinic is an academic teaching hospital of LMU Munich and cooperates with numerous other universities. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a master (m/w/d) for sanitary heating climate (SHK) in full time. Maintenance and maintenance: You carry out independent maintenance tasks such as maintenance, inspections, tests, repairs and renewals. Disorder management: You receive messages, process them and ensure a fast and sustainable remedy. Controls and technical tours: You carry out state checks and regular technical tours and ensure proper operation. Coordination of subcontractors: You provide external service providers, accompany their operations and take over the acceptance of the services provided. Documentation and data management: You collect and process relevant information and ensure a legally secure documentation of all services performed. Project work and readiness: You participate in technical projects and in the energy management team and participate in the willingness to call.

You have completed vocational training as masters in sanitary, heating and air conditioning. You have several years of professional experience and are familiar with the relevant technical regulations. You have a good understanding and are able to analyze and resolve technical challenges in a structured manner. You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office applications and ideally in CAFM systems. Usefulness, team skills and a pronounced service orientation are what you distinguish. You provide the willingness to participate in continuing and continuing training and have a class B licence.
