You are responsible for the expert accompaniment, quality and performance testing of externally commissioned architectural and engineering offices and exporting companies They work in the selection and contracting of freelance workers and exporting firms with They independently provide HOAI services They work constructively with project managers and other stakeholders in large construction projects and maintenance measures. They work with appointment, budget and cost planning They promote cross-border cooperation in various projects

You have a completed degree (Diplom/Master/Bachelor) of the Department of Supply Technology, Building Technology/TGA, HKLS, Technical Facility Management or a comparable degree course or a successful conclusion to the state-tested technician in HKLS, facility management, or building and supply technology and a relevant professional experience of at least six years in an occupation of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work) and participation in additional further training and further training (necessary must be attached) Further requirements: Professional experience and additional qualifications and specialist specialisations are of advantage. Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group.
