Machine Operator CNC Milling Machine (m/f/d)

For further growth we are looking for DICH as highly motivated Consultant (m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• Check the profiles before the start according to our quality specifications on straightness, twisting, hardness and cross section.
• Standing and setting of the CNC machine according to the specifications sheet.
• Daily control of the processing according to drawing and Test plan.
• Report fixed defects to the supervisors.
• perform lubrication and maintenance according to requirements.
• Cleaning activities according to requirements
• Automatically correct dimensional deviations in the program

Profile:

• Completed training as CNC machine operator or one comparable qualification
• Professional experience in CNC milling is advantageous
• Dealing with measuring devices and reliable reading of technical Drawing
• shift readiness (break, late and night shift) is not Problem
• Team capable, punctual and reliable
