To strengthen our team we are looking for

Facility Manager (m/w/d) unlimited | Berlin-Tempelhof | 40 hours per week Together with our Facility Management team, you are responsible for the technical operation and the smooth coordination of the repair of our technical installations. Your tasks: Service provider management: coordination of external service providers and contractual partners including accompaniment and professional review of the statements.

Maintenance & Controlling: Control, monitoring, acceptance and billing of maintenance measures as well as preparation of predictive maintenance planning.

Ticket & Service Management: Responsibility, control and monitoring of incoming service reports via our IT-supported system.

Project management: Own-sponsored management and coordination of small repair projects from the first call to the successful implementation.

Documentation & Compliance: Management and control of our maintenance, repair and test documentation as well as ensuring compliance with all statutory provisions.

Procurement: independent creation and evaluation of performance directories for small building maintenance.

Take this with you: Qualification: A successfully completed study with a focus on heating / sanitation or comparable training (e.g. as a technician or master for heating & sanitation).

Experience: Multiannual professional experience in facility management, ideally focusing on technical building equipment (heating/sanitary).

Knowledge: Current knowledge of relevant legal and specialist regulations.

Working method: A self-responsive, structured working method paired with high reliability.

Software: Secure handling of common IT applications (in particular MS Office).
