Through our consulting company, orders are constantly being made for the placement of medical professionals for doctoral practices throughout Bavaria. Together with you, we want to split this area into our own society. Your task is to recruit the required employees, to present the practices and to accompany the respective project until the final job placement. To do this, you switch necessary ads, enter the social media channels and visit the corresponding fairs. You enter the applicant from the first contact, until the end of the trial period. In addition, together with the management, you will take care of all tasks for the expansion and expansion of the company.

• Training and experience in staff placement
• Ideally, BWL studies focusing on human resources, sales and/or marketing (or comparable),
