HR Generalist – Focus on Training and Further Education (m/f/d)

Responsible coordination and further development of operational training at our domestic sites Supporting our trainees from entry to the successful completion of training and accompanying the subsequent takeover Contact persons for trainees, trainers, executives, vocational schools, chambers and other external partners Planning and implementation of training, feedback and development talks and support for personal and organizational issues during training Coordination of training plans, field assignments, exam preparations and training accompanying measures Control of the entire Azubi-Recruiting – from demand determination and job alerts to selection procedures and interviews to recruitment Further development of our training marketing, in particular through school cooperation, career orientation events, training fairs and further measures for young people Conception, organisation and support of Azubi events, workshops and joint development measures Determination and coordination of operational training needs in cooperation with the departments and managers Planning, organisation and administrative support of internal and external training and training measures Advising employees and managers on suitable training and development opportunities Selection and coordination of external training providers and ensuring the appropriate documentation and success control Participation in the further development of modern personnel development and training concepts Support for generalist HR topics as well as active participation in cross-departmental HR projects and the continuous optimization of our HR processes.

Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources management, business management, economic psychology or pedagogy, or a completed commercial training with a corresponding personal training, for example to the human resource specialist (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in human resources, ideally focusing on education and training training examination according to AEVO desirable; alternative willingness to acquire this Good knowledge of the relevant legal framework of vocational training Impressed communication and consulting skills as well as joy in working with young people, executives and different disciplines Organisational strength and independent, structured and binding procedures Safe handling of current MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint Own initiative, team orientation and interest in actively developing existing processes and formats Embossed hand-on mentality and the ability to develop and implement pragmatic solutions High discretion and reliability in handling sensitive data.
