Site Manager / Project Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

Our client is an established, interdisciplinary planning office with several locations in southern Germany and around 70 employees. As a general planner, the company covers a wide range of services in civil engineering, civil engineering and municipal infrastructure planning and implements challenging projects for public and commercial clients. A special focus is on holistic project management: planning, coordination and implementation take place interdisciplinary and from a single source. This structure enables efficient processes, short decision-making procedures and close interconnection of all project participants. In the course of further growth, we are looking exclusively for a construction manager / project manager (m/w/d) for the Cham or Neutraubling sites at the next possible time with a focus on the performance phases 8 and 9 of the HOAI. In this responsible position you take over the building management and project management of demanding industrial and municipal building projects. You coordinate the project participants and bear responsibility for quality, costs and appointments until the successful project completion. You have experience in building management, project management or object monitoring in building construction and want to supervise challenging projects independently?
