(Junior) Customer advisor for construction financing (m/f/d)

You are the first point of contact for our existing building financing customers - by phone and digital. For example, you support our customers: Extensions of loans Modernisation and renovation Construction Amendments to the Treaty Matching additional offers You realize what our customers really need, give appropriate recommendations or bind the right colleagues. In addition, you accompany targeted customer actions (e.g. with outgoing interest bonds) and introduce your ideas to make our processes even better

More important than a certain degree is your way to deal with people: You have experience in customer contact, service or sales (e.g. from banks, insurance companies, real estate, call center, customer service, trade or comparable) Experience in building financing is a plus - but not a must.
