Contract period: unlimited in part-time or full-time possible 40%

Our range of services:

In the General, Visceral, Thorax and Child Surgery Clinic, a team of highly qualified nurses and doctors provides outpatient or inpatient care for our patients. What makes us special?

• Our fast track for more intensive and faster mobilization after surgery - thus allowing patients to be released more quickly
• Close cooperation with AC Ambulance and Surveillance Station
• The focus of oncological care of tumor patients by oncologists is therefore an interesting support for further care of patients
• Physiotherapy in the house

Your tasks:

• Support in administrative tasks: preparation, guidance and sorting of patient files and updating of data in ORBIS
• Organization and coordination: appointment of diagnostic measures and appointment of internal and external transport services
• Communication and documentation: Operation of telephone and fax as well as preparation of meeting protocols
• Preparing and carrying out blood collections: providing examination vessels and carrying out blood collections
• Logistic activities: appointment of medical equipment, control of equipment and refrigerator temperatures as well as request and check of repairs
• Supply of materials and information: filling of test materials and patient information and cleaning of medical needs

Your profile:

• You have completed training as a medical specialist (m/w/d)
• Safe handling of computer systems and good communication skills
• Good German language skills in word and writing as well as economic and business promotion
• organizational capacity, flexibility and team capacity
• Detection of complete macern vaccination or measles immunity under Infection Protection Act
