We are looking for our team Employer Branding in the area People & Culture Support as Employer Branding Partner (w/m/d) – Focus on Social Media

You effectively position our global employer brand on existing social media channels and unlock new platforms if necessary. You plan and create convincing content (text, image, video) and think “out of the box” – from content plan to publication. You have the latest trends in mind and optimise our channel and content strategy to reach our target groups in the camp and office as best as possible. You participate in the introduction of a corporate influencer program and help employees to authenticate our corporate identity as a brand ambassador (w/m/d). You design and control online marketing campaigns for recruiting and follow the success of our activities as part of regular reporting. You also work on internal communication measures and have the opportunity to introduce yourself into versatile projects.

You have a degree or vocational training in the field of economic, media or communication sciences with a focus on online marketing, social media or employer branding or a comparable qualification. You have practical experience in social media marketing, ideally also in the field of employer branding or personal marketing. You have already worked with different target groups, especially in the commercial sector. You are professional in dealing with popular graphics and video programs from Adobe Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign etc.) as well as Canva and social media planning tools. You enjoy content marketing and are routined in the social media world. You want to develop and bring your own ideas, work solution-oriented as well as proactively and follow trends, visual communication and storytelling.
