Senior Controller (m/f/d)

As a senior controller in Düsseldorf, you take a central role in the management and investor reporting of the EGC Group. You work closely with CFO, CEO and other departments and create transparency for operational and strategic decisions. Tasks: Reporting & Analyses: Creation and further development of monthly and quarterly reporting for management and investors, as well as implementation of KPI, deviation and cost-effectiveness analyses Budget & Forecasting: Control and coordination of budget processes, development of forecasts and support in business cases and investment calculations Project & Performance Controlling: Monitoring of Strategic Initiatives and Projects, Analysis of Cost Structures and Abduction of Measures to Improve Results Cost management & data analysis: further development of cost centers and reporting structures as well as ensuring a resilient data base for management decisions Management Support: Preparation of decision-relevant analyses and presentations for CFO, management and other stakeholders Collaboration & Management Support: Close cooperation with Finance, Treasury, Purchasing and Management in operational and strategic issues ESG- & Investor Reporting: Support in building and developing ESG reporting structures and preparation of documents for investors and board meetings Ad-hoc analyses & basis of decision: Creating short-term analyses and management evaluations to support strategic decisions and operational control measures

Studies with a focus on controlling, finance, business management or comparable qualification At least 7 years of professional experience in controlling, finance or reporting environment, first leadership experiences of advantage Experience in high-growth companies or PE embossed structures Very good understanding of reporting, forecasting, budgeting and KPI control Safe handling of Excel, ERP systems and ideally BI tools such as Power BI or LucaNet Analytical and Structured Operation with High Number and Data Affinity Ability to make complex facts understandable and to derive recommendations for action Communication strength as well as sovereign appearance towards management and disciplines High self-responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking and digital affinity Very good knowledge of German as well as very good knowledge of English
