Support of reception and reservation management in all areas of responsibility Representation of reception and reservation services during their absence Room disposition and processing of reservations (also trade fair and group reservations) Early, middle and late reception, also on weekends and holidays (5-day week) New employees Participation in the implementation of Revenue Management

You have completed vocational training in the hotel subject with professional experience or many years of professional experience as a receptionist of a hotel You are ready for more responsibility and have career ambitions You have a strong sense of quality and responsibility You are reliable, flexible and resilient You have good English and German knowledge of word and writing You have a friendly appearance as well as a well-kept exterior appearance You like to work in the team and are happy to host You have knowledge of Word and Excel
