Strategy & Control You provide a comprehensive overview of existing digital intelligence initiatives You develop the existing digitalization concept and prioritize measures strategically and transparently You coordinate the implementation steps and conduct them independently You ensure the GDPR-compliant design of digital solutions and conduct data protection-relevant risk analyses You work closely with the data protection officer and support in the creation or development of the data protection officer Maintenance of data protection-relevant documentation You identify security-relevant vulnerabilities in systems and processes and derive appropriate protective measures You contribute to the further development of a holistic IT security concept and sensitize employees for IT security Implementation & project management You analyze digital needs in the departments and derive concrete recommendations for action You accompany and control digitalization projects – from workflow optimizations to the introduction of new tools You document progress, create transparency and ensure sustainable implementation Innovation & Development You identify trends, developments and potentials – especially in areas such as AI, automated processes and knowledge management You drive digital skills in the team and support colleagues (m/w/d) in the use of new applications You clearly highlight the added value of digitalization for the foundation and translate technical possibilities into practical solutions
