Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Erfurt Building, implementing and developing an effective service and support organisation for energy management systems Responsibility for incident and problem management as well as coordination of support levels 1–3 including escalation management Total responsibility for the ticket system (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps) including workflow definition and system care Technical support and training of support staff and support in complex technical issues Optimization and further development of the knowledge database and service quality Close cooperation with product management, sales, project processing and internal and external partners

Education: Studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics or Similar Benefits Professional experience: multi-year experience in service and support management as well as in team management Personality / Working method: Strong communication, analytical, customer-oriented, innovative, team-oriented and independent Languages: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
