Your responsibilities

Supporting our B2B & B2B2C customers:inside as a savings partner:in, consultant:in and project manager Development of cross-channel social media strategies and implementation in regular exchange with colleagues Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams from creation, media, consulting and management – Hands-on and always at eye level In the Daily Social Media Business, you will be performing editorial work, ideas generation, content planning, content creation, content distribution, community management, reporting You are always at the latest of developments in social media marketing and thereby actively promote the social media activities of our customers You run several customers and projects simultaneously – from the first project to the reservoir. You take responsibility for agency revenues in the 6-digit area. For continuous profitability & quality of your projects, you develop accounts in a targeted way You share your knowledge in the team to continuously shape our consulting standards You are coaching colleagues on junior and mid levels – with feedback, know-how and an open ear You take the lead in pitches and actively contribute to the acquisition of new business with your expertise and experience

What you bring

Completed degree (Bachelor or Master), ideally focusing on marketing At least 4 years of experience in professional social media marketing – as consultant:in, account manager:in or project leader at an agency Detectable successes in managing customer projects, budget responsibility and strategy development Multiannual experience in professional social media marketing, platform logic, tools & trends and KPI-driven work – from Meta to LinkedIn to TikTok. Social Media Strategy Competence combined with a sense of brand management lust for responsibility, impact, further development – and a strong team Entrepreneurial thinking, empathy and genuine interest in digital developments Good networking in the industry and joy in sharing knowledge at conferences, in webinars or the like. Excellent communication skills in word and writing in German + English - safe, clear, empathic and at eye level

The remuneration for this position is between € 50,000 - € 60,000 per year, depending on the professional experience.
