Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a product owner in software development, ideally in a technically complex and scaled environment.

Education: Successfully completed studies in computer science, technical informatics or comparable training with a physical or measurement background.

Technical expertise: extensive knowledge of backend technologies (e.g. residual APIs, databases) and experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, C#).

Agile methods: Detectional experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and classic project management methods.

Communication strength: Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English to understand complex technical topics.

Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze customer processes and formulate requirements in agile environments.

Passion: enthusiasm for the development of outstanding technical solutions and a high degree of solution orientation.

Empathy: Joy in working with different teams and living agile values.
