Controller (m/w/d) Production

We are looking for an experienced controller (m/w/d) on behalf of a family-run traditional company based in Buxtehude. The company is characterized by flat hierarchies, short decision-making and a collegial working environment. Planning in mind, focus on efficiency: you create and monitor production plans and budgets and ensure that the processes work economically and smoothly. Cost analysis with effect: You identify optimization potentials and develop measures to reduce production costs – always with a view to the whole. Transparency through figures: You carry out target-actual comparisons as well as deviation analyses and derive concrete recommendations for action therefrom. Optimize processes: You develop and accompany initiatives to continuously improve our production processes. Communicative interface: As a central contact person, you work closely with the areas of purchasing, production and logistics. Reporting with effect: You prepare data and key figures for management and support strategic decisions.

Successfully completed studies in the field of BWL, engineering or business informatics At least two years of professional experience in a comparable position German language skills in word and writing
