You plan the tours independently and dispose of the driving personnel to ensure smooth running and efficient processes. With your organizational talent and coordination skills, you design workflows that are optimally adapted for our employees and our customers For a better understanding, you will personally accompany some tours at the beginning to get a picture of the processes and to identify specific potential for improvement In the daily exchange with our drivers, you carry out follow-ups, take suggestions and ensure an open, value-adding communication You always keep an overview of the economic utilisation of the fleet, consistently implement your goals and actively contribute to customer satisfaction General administrative tasks to comply with statutory requirements and regulations complete your exciting task

You have successfully completed your commercial training as a merchant for forwarding and logistics services or have a comparable qualification You could already gain practical experience in the disposition or in the logistical environment – professional experience in waste management (waste law and transport of dangerous goods) are desirable, but no need Good local knowledge in Berlin and the surrounding area is an advantage and support you in efficient tour planning You work structured, keep an overview even in hectic moments and pay attention to details In dealing with customers, you are characterized by a friendly and reputable appearance Teamability, stress resistance and a healthy portion of enforcement capability complete your profile
