You contribute to the success of the VPV through service and solution-oriented processing. In addition, you can work hand in hand with our sales and ensure that a smooth handling of damage is possible at any time. Reliable and with a fingertip feeling, you are personally acquainted with all the parties and operate efficient damage management by controlling damage service providers. You will also participate in the digitalization and improvement of the damage processes and have the desire to introduce your own ideas.

Your profile is characterized by a completed training as a merchant/wife for insurance and finance. Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of property insurance (e.g. residential, household, glass or photovoltaic insurance) and have experience in damage management. With your structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as your strong communication and team skills, you can effectively support the team. Your customer and service orientation completes your profile.
