Head of Strategic Construction and Property Management Justice (m/f/d)

In this responsible leadership position you take over a double role: and develop complex construction, infrastructure and property projects for courts, public prosecutors, judicial institutes and other judicial institutions together with your interdisciplinary team. As a management (m/w/d) of the demand management department, you will be responsible for the development of the basic structural positions for the buildings with your specialist group. Your central tasks include: Strategic control and further development of your department with five specialist groups Responsibility for the overarching financial, action and capacity planning for the construction projects of the courts and the execution of justice Management and control of complex planning, construction and development projects Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Development of standards, processes and control instruments in public construction, in particular within the framework of demand planning Leadership, coaching and development of your team Cross-disciplinary coordination of processes, structures and resources to create synergies You actively shape the implementation of current and future goals of justice and the country, e.g. B.: Measures for the reform of the specialist and local court structures Conversion of buildings to climate neutrality Implementation of digital judicial negotiations with the E-Akte Long-term property development

Completion of high-level academic studies in the field of architecture / construction, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or real estate management and a comparable engineering science study programme with construction reference As an alternative: completed university studies in one of the above disciplines as well as years of relevant professional experience Multiannual professional and managerial experience, preferably in public construction or in strategic construction or Property management References in building management, budget and procurement law and in HOAI, VOB and relevant public works (e.g. HBau) Experience in the management of complex planning and construction projects and in dealing with different interest groups Strategic control, organization and analysis skills Safe entry into political-administrative contexts and consulting skills Class B driving licence and the readiness to carry out missions Your leadership skills Responsibility and decision-making: You are subject to stressful, trans­parent resolutions and are intended for results - even in the case of conflicts of destination. Run on distance: You design the site-wide collaboration of a spatially distributed team and ensure transparent control, efficient processes and reliable results. Communication skills and information behaviour: You communicate clearly and addressably, provide orientation and promote trustworthy cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
