Senior Site Manager / Project Manager Civil Engineering FFM (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the management of demanding large-scale projects in bridge and engineering in the Rhine-Main area – from the first offer to the successful acceptance Ensuring work safety, precise work preparation, efficient scheduling and smooth project execution Responsible for quality management, accounting and controlling Planning and control of personnel use Leadership and motivation of the construction site team and the entrepreneurs Ensuring timely and high-quality execution within the specified budget Implementation of negotiations with builders, authorities and subcontractors Reproduction and implementation to ensure project objectives Support for the acquisition and participation in the offer and negotiation strategy

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable qualifications Multiannual experience in construction management in bridge and/or engineering Safe handling of VOB/A and VOB/B as well as sound knowledge in scheduling and cost control Experience in handling iTWO desirable Embossed communication skills and enforcement skills Leadership and the ability to motivate and guide a team Self-employed, structured working and safe and professional appearance Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Travel readiness and flexibility
