Design: They help with the administrative departments such as accounting and finance in our foreign companies and support the development and implementation of a group-wide accounting policy Construction: By rolling out a uniform consolidated accounts plan into all national companies, you contribute to the development of the consolidated accounting system Digitalization: Supporting the introduction of new software solutions (e.g. a consolidation tool) You actively digitize the area Implementation: Group-wide processes in accounting get your handwriting and, together with the teams in the national companies, implement it Support: As a direct contact person, you can help our employees in the national companies and support them in their concerns. These may be accounting questions, support for the financial statements or CSRD Personal contact counts: Thanks to your visits to the different national companies, you ensure smooth operation, especially in the area of accounting/finance

Basis: You have completed studies in finance & accounting or comparable (e.g. BWL, VWL), are perhaps accountants and have several years of professional experience in a comparable position – ideally in an international trading company Expertise: Important are your well-founded accounting skills and experiences in the annual financial statements according to HGB Humanity: With your empathy, you can easily integrate your international partners into projects and lead them to success together Responsibility: You act hands-on, have a quick look for the essential and understand it to take responsibility. Your projects always advance with enthusiasm and entrepreneurial vision Communication: As a communication-strong personality, you already have experience in dealing with a variety of contacts. For this, your German knowledge is fluent in word and writing (C2) and you can master at least the English language at a negotiated level (C1) Mobility: For personal exchange, you are Europe-wide mobile and ready to use about 10-20% of your working time for travel activities
