Project Manager Operations (m/f/d)

KNDS Germany develops, manufactures and maintains a wide-spread product portfolio as a system house. These include combat tanks, highly protected wheel vehicles, artillery systems, military bridges, customer service and training solutions. You are responsible for planning, controlling and monitoring projects in the field of operations. In your role, you coordinate the areas of production, purchasing, logistics and quality – especially in the case of production processes as well as in the care of series productions, shifts and optimizations. Make sure that projects are implemented on time and that all project objectives are achieved. You lead interdisciplinary project teams, guide them in a targeted manner and ensure smooth cooperation across specialist areas. By analyzing existing processes and deriving optimization measures, you make an active contribution to increasing efficiency. The creation and continuous maintenance of project plans, reporting and relevant documentation is part of your daily business as well as communication with internal and external stakeholders.

You have successfully completed a degree in the field of business management, engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual professional experience in the project management – ideally in the area of operations – bring you with you. You have well-founded knowledge in project management as well as appropriate method and tool competence. Knowledge of lean management or comparable efficiency methods is a plus. With your strong communication strength and leadership skills, you can motivate teams and successfully lead projects to the goal. Their work is structured, solution-oriented and responsible. German and English knowledge in word and writing complete your profile.
