Dispatcher in local transport (m/f/d)

Planning our local transport tours and coordination of about 15 vehicles in the Hamburg area. Consumption of orders and creation of tansport orders. Close exchange and communication with customers and drivers for smooth implementation of customer orders. Coordination and monitoring of all pick-up/delivery dates in order to ensure punctual settlement. Testing of freight documents and order documents on their accuracy and completeness. Preparation of order bills and close exchange with our accounting department.

You have completed commercial training and have collected relevant professional experience in transport and logistics Alternatively, you have a comparable training or other relevant professional experience in the forwarding industry. You are skillful in handling MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can quickly work into new computer systems. Your German knowledge is good in word and writing, English knowledge is beneficial. You have good local knowledge in the Hamburg area. You think and trade entrepreneurial, appear friendly and binding, and you pack things with a pronounced hands-on mentality. You work carefully and reliably, show your own initiative and bring a lot of willingness to use. Your communication skills are excellent, you can put yourself well into others, but also consistently enforce – and enjoy working with our customers & drivers.
