At several locations throughout Germany, interdisciplinary teams work closely with architecture, TGA and structural planning to reliably implement projects across all phases of performance. The focus is on technically demanding projects in the construction of new and existing buildings, as well as on the production of resilient evidence and concepts. Quality, time and cost awareness are pursued as consistently as well as a structured, comprehensible documentation. The position is long-term and offers leadership responsibility with high design playroom.

Technical and organisational management of the building physics team including resource and capacity planning Responsibility for the creation and quality assurance of construction-physical evidence and concepts, in particular heat, moisture, sound and, if necessary, Fire protection interfaces Control of project processing across the performance phases in close coordination with internal departments and external project participants Consultation of contractors and planning participants on technical and economic solutions and presentation of results and recommendations Further development of processes, tools and technical standards as well as support in offering creation and project calculation

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, building physics or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in building physics with safe application of relevant standards, demonstration and project-related documentation First leadership experience or proven responsibility in the project management with joy in the development of employees Structured, solution-oriented operation with high communication capability in exchange with builders, architects and specialist planners Economic thinking, quality awareness and the ability to set priorities under time and project load
