As our new Presales Consultant (gn) MultiVendor Premium Support, you are the central interface between our customers, sales and our technical professionals. Your focus is on consulting and developing support and service concepts for customers from the Public Sector. At the same time, you support our sales organization in strategic projects in the mid-sized and enterprise segment and accompany sophisticated sales projects from the first customer address to the conclusion of the contract and the long-term customer retention.

Your tasks Rate customers from the Public Sector as well as selected medium-sized and enterprise customers on Premium Support Services and 2nd-/3rd-level support contracts Analyze customer requirements and develop individual service solutions Accompany the sales process from initial consultation to contract extension Create convincing service offers together with technical specialists Identify cross- and upselling potentials for existing customers Develop long-term customer relationships, existing service agreements and sales and presales processes

Experience in sales, presales or account management of IT solutions or IT services Understanding IT infrastructures, support models and service organizations Ability to identify customer needs and provide convincing advice to contact persons at different levels Embossed communication and presentation skills as well as safe occurrence High customer orientation, own initiative and joy in team collaboration German and English skills
