Creation of supply, order and work calculations for projects in demolition, rebuilding and earth and civil engineering; if necessary taking into account pollutant recovery services Analysis of tenders, performance registers, plan documents and expert reports, as well as determination of quantities, costs and construction processes Assessment of calculatory opportunities and risks and development of economically meaningful execution variants Pick-up, evaluation and elaboration of post-contractor offers as well as preparation of price inquiries and service directories in coordination with the department Purchasing Examination and evaluation of contract and tender conditions taking into account VOB and BGB as well as project-relevant requirements from the right to hazardous materials, waste and disposal Participation in procurement and contract negotiations as well as preparation and presentation of costing results Close coordination with management, construction and project management including costing reviews and project discussions

Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering construction or construction or a comparable technical qualification Professional practice in costing or project processing, ideally in demolition, reconstruction, earth and civil engineering or an adjacent construction area knowledge of VOB/B, VOB/C and the contractual basis relevant for project execution Safe handling of common IT applications; Experience with costing software, in particular iTWO or ProBau, is advantageous Analytical thinking, cost awareness and an independent, structured way of working Communication strength and joy in cooperation with internal and external project participants Class B driving licence (m/w/d) or project manager (m/w/d) who would like to change into the calculation are also welcome.
