Tasks, competences and responsibility

• Customer support and advice of our branch visitors
• sale of small material and factory sales items personally, by phone and Skype
• Planning of the visit dates and tours of the external service
• Offer creation via 3D configurator and SAP and tracking
• Maintenance of customer database
• Production of statistics and customer evaluations
• Preparation of internal meetings

Technical requirements

• completed commercial or technical training
• open way of dealing with customers
• independent and independent operation
• Knowledge in handling MS-Office and CRM programs
• Experience in handling SAP of advantage
