The Service Center Ingolstadt ensures decentralized service provision and a permanent representation of BWI GmbH on site in the properties of the Bundeswehr. In addition, the Service Center processes defined task packages within the framework of projects and provides on-site service at the BWI internal IT. Complete professional training or a comparable qualification At least 3 years relevant professional experience in a comparable service organization, like in the IT environment Experiences in MRP/Dispatching and good knowledge of ticket systems Experiences and knowledge in the field of logistics / smaller logistics warehouses Very good general skills required in IT tools and MS office and high IT affinity Knowledge of the peculiarities of the customer Bundeswehr of advantage Stress resistance, initiative, organisational skills, good team and communication skills as well as customer and quality orientation Flowing German knowledge in word like writing and driving licence class B
