EY-Parthenon Praktikant Transactions & Corporate Finance Valuation (w/m/d)

As part of our Valuation Team in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Berlin, Munich or Stuttgart, you develop and evaluate for our customers:inside effective and innovative business models, evaluierst new market potentials, benchmarks and show our customers:internal action options. You can do a variety of tasks: Participation in the cross-sector implementation of multi-national projects/transactions in interdisciplinary teams for our customers: medium-sized, industrial and leading financial investors: Processing of work packages as part of the implementation of corporate assessments, purchase price allocations, impairment tests or valuation of intangible assets Support in the development of options for action in strategic and operational decision-making processes, including in the context of corporate transactions, restructuring or economic assessments Insights into the advice of our customers: in structuring, analysis and implementation of complex financial situations, concepts and models as a basis for economic decisions

This position shall be taken at the earliest from March 2026.

Studies of economics or industrial engineering at least in the 4th semester with suitable specialization subjects First relevant practical experiences as well as safe handling of Office 365, ideally supplemented by e.g. Power BI, Alteryx and AI tools Very good communication skills in German and English (min.
