Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

Advising the management of the site in all questions of occupational safety and accident prevention Support for executives in implementing legal requirements and internal guidelines Creation and updating of risk assessments Analysis of working conditions and identification of risks and monitoring compliance Planning, implementation and documentation of training and instruction in the field of occupational safety Support in the development of training concepts or Initiation of prevention programmes Examination of accidents at work and near incidents incl. Analysis of causes and derivation of appropriate measures Creation of accident reports and statistics Implementation of missions and audits and cooperation with authorities and professional associations

Complete qualification as a specialist in occupational safety or a technical study with corresponding training Multiannual professional experience in the field of Health & Safety regarding logistics, storage and transport desirable Knowledge of relevant laws, standards and regulations (e.g. ArbSchG, DGUV regulations) and certifications, e.g. ISO 45001 knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing; French by Advantage An analytical, safety- and customer-oriented independent method
