You have fluent German and very good English skills in word and writing (C1/B2) You bring several years of experience in technical support or system administration, ideally in the B2B environment You have very good knowledge of Linux and Windows (Client & Server) as well as safe working in the shell (Bash, PowerShell) You have sound knowledge in IT infrastructure and network technology: Apache, DNS, DHCP, Routing, Firewall, VPN, FTP, SSH etc. and experience with virtualization and cloud platforms (e.g. OpenStack, VMware, Azure, AWS) is a plus You have a strong service and empathy – you do not think in tickets, but in customer experiences You have ideally experience with ITSM tools and processes (ITIL knowledge or ITIL V3 Foundation certification desirable) and the willingness for shiftwork and occasional standby service.
